Tara is up for the weekend bringing baskets of peace and bottles of red. She is taking a nap. T is up hiking the ridge with Henry. So Ollie and I headed down to the field to watch the clouds.

Swooon! Miss Poppy you lucky gal. What a charming few words...friend is napping, man is hiking, and you're dreaming under clouds. Such a lovely picture!

You know, I think that you get more outdoor time there than we get here. The really wet feel of not just the rain, but the air too, really makes me want to huddle inside. Looks gorgeous where you are.

I can imagine that fourth photo (with the white twiggy trees in the foreground) as a huge, stunning painting. I would love to live in such a beautiful place with vistas like that... how inspiring!

No more snow? Damn, I'm moving in. I'll be your maid/dog walker/whatever-er. NO SNOW!!! Unless of couse those aren't recent and you're getting my hopes up that it'll eventually leave here too. As to your comment: I'm evil that way... ;-)

Viewing these pictures gave me a big dose of peace for the day, which I NEEDED. My turmoil is all within, and of my own making. How do you get away from that? My mind wandering all over your these vistas was such a great release. Thank you!
