January 14, 2006 9:37 AM- all loved up, but good

This photograph was taken in June 2003. It's from my garden in our old house. We don't have a garden here yet at Soliden, but building many gardens here is something I dream about daily.

Of course, even if I had a garden-- there wouldn't be anything to see today. It is gray and overcast. Soft clumps of white mist are floating on the lake.

But, I wanted to make you a bouquet so these are for you. To say thanks. I am reading and re-reading all the fabulous, thoughtful, caring comments you left for me. This is an incredible process--- and, hello-- let's forego the "blogging" word and call it what it is-- GROUP THERAPY. Ha.

I have broken through yet another wall and am feeling so good and feeling (to repeat myself) most beholden to you all.

P.S. T just called up to me, "are you blogging?" to which I said, "no, just doing some group therapy." And then he says, "did you tell them you love your husband again?" And I said, "they know, but I'll tell them anyway."

The mensch is back in the house and I aDOOOOooorgh* him.

*that's pronounced with a growl

got 2 cents?

So glad to hear you're feeling better. I ask you, is there any better feeling in the world than hitting an icky spot...and then bouncing up and realizing that a) you're truly loved, and b) you truly love? To have those moments when J walks in the door and I think, my GOD I love this man. Manna. (ha! pardon the pun) ;)

for ME? Gee, thanks! I love them! *skipping away with the bouquet of flowers, all for me me me* Okay, I know I have to share them with everyone... And is there any better feeling than being hit with a wall of love for your man? Where you look at his face and think, he is so delicious I could eat him up with a spoon.

Don't underestimate your own role in the group therapy thing. A lot of us feel quite giddy when you send sweet things our way as well. Glad you're feeling better.

Funny, I was just thinking today about ways to change my back garden this coming spring... And the peonies, how did you know that I am a sucker for peonies? Thanks, BP...they're so pretty. Tell T. that we know how much you love him...he's quite a guy.

I'm echoing Meghan - Thank Yoouu! Words from BP always make my day brighter. The peonies make me want to swoon! (I haven't had any luck with them here - so now I have 'peony envy' - now need therapy more than ever! :>)

I love the flowers. Pretty flowers in the house always add cheer, especially during the gloomy winter.
