There will be much more with the writing, with the words and the sharing in the near future, but for right now-- I have time and internet enough only to share some images of our morning ritual.

We walk out while the sun is coming up and cross through the field to the pond.

It's a lot to take in.

Not only because the weather has been simply unbelievable in its soft, glorious splendor-- but because someone takes such care to cut the grass and tend to the property and I feel such deep appreciation for the beautymaker.

HENRY: I just can't take all the beauty, it's too much for me.

DAISY: Oh suck it up, big guy. No one likes a weepy dog.

DAISY: Hey -- don't look at me like that-- I'm just trying to help the dude. We don't want him dropping onto a fainting couch when the leaves start to change, now do we?
