What's that? Want me to come over? Hang out-- have a couple of laughs? Why I'd love to. . . uh, just one little hiccup, I'm afraid.

DAISY: oh, I can't look.

That's right-- I just PLOWED my car into a pine tree.

Yes, yes-- the tree is holding up remarkably well-- thanks for your concern. The three dogs who were in the back of the car are also doing okay despite the impact. Me? I'm just going through the five stages post-car smash:

1. OUCH

2. NOoooooooooooooooooo

3. FUUUuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

4. Am so stupid am so stupid am so stupid am so stupid

5. We are SO moving!

How did this happen? Well, if you look at the photo above, you can almost see how the car hit ice and slid straight into the tree. You can see that, right?

Right now, T has been shoveling, tractoring, spreading sand and being the all-around incredible mensch that he is. I don't know if I mentioned this to you but my car was hit in a parking lot in November so I had JUST gotten the front re-done in the body shop not 3 weeks ago. I really don't want to see the guy's face when I roll in with this rig again.

Every picture tells a story, don't it?

got 2 cents?
