I have to admit I feel like we have arrived because here in NW Washington we finally have snow! Snow we can actually measure, snow that hushes all sound, snow that softens every corner and smoothes every mound. Snow that leaves me snow bound. Yikes! Forts are built, snowballs are formed and a full on snowball fight is in the future. My apologies for having written THAT word so many times.

and we miss you! OMG, we are so sick of snow...how do you do it? Adam is now driving up from San Diego, since he doesn't think he can get here by plane. There have been more than 700 flights cancelled at PDX since Saturday. Good vibes needed!
