Following on yesterday's post with a focus on snow and dogs. What would you do if your husband (in the throes of a black fury) says, "pick which one you want to keep cause I am shooting one of these dogs!"

Would you bust a gut laughing?

Would you secretly sneak the dogs a bone?

Yeah, me too. (AND, fyi, no comments on the carpet or sofa as the only thing in that picture that is ours besides the dogs is the coffee table. Rental house carpet. Rental house sofa. SO ready to be in our own space . . . .

We wake up this morning with MORE snow! Yay. I have lots of pictures of SNOW to share . . except the battery on my camera just ran out. Damn you battery, a little warning next time? But really, if you're as weary of the white stuff as I am, two pics will suffice.

got 2 cents?

Ooh doggy pictures always make my day. When I was growing up we had a very beautiful dalmation with a single spot in the middle of her forehead. My father would say "that's where the bullet hole goes!" When he would get mad at her. My Mum tried to get rid of her once for destroying something (yet again) but the SPCA put her on hold so she hung up. We had that crazy dog for 14 years.

Look at those two cuties. They seem as if they could do no wrong. Of course, that's what my little guy looks like too, and he can be quite the troublemaker. When it started snowing here on Tuesday, I was so digusted I was ready to annouce I was taking up hibernating. Stupid winter. I hope you get a break soon.

Sophie's Choice for dogs! hahah, Marilyn, you crack me up!! Like you could ever make a choice, BP! Tell T he'll have to shoot US first! Your dogs are hilarious. That first one should be captioned: "hrrrm?"

Henry is the first one and Ollie is the second one . . and yeah, the very idea of T getting a gun and killing anything will make me bust a gut laughing. That would be like the Dalai Lama taking out squirrels with a bb gun. It just ain't happening . . though I can appreciate the rage-induced invective those two little monsters inspired.

'Sophie's Choice for dogs' sounds like a special brand of high-priced dog food, does it not?

Sorry to hear you are still getting snow. The radio announced that spring weather has arrived in Paris and it feels great. We've even had sun for the last two days. Hoping the warm weather comes your way soon...

I wouldn't have laughed, I would have burst out crying and thrown myself in front of the dogs screaming, "you'll have to shoot me first!!!"... because around my house, when someone says they are gonna shoot something, they probably will. And can, because we have guns. Scary ones.

I wish I had a dog. But my mom thinks if we had one, my baby brother would eat it, so I don't.

I love our snow we are getting!! I took pictures with my camera phone coming out of the bank because it was just THAT pretty. You live in a wonderfully winter wonderland, bp. And who could look at those pooky dog faces and think anything bad. Pashaw!!

Wow, that is quite a bit of snow! And those dogs? TOO.DARN.CUTE. The bottom one (first set of pictures) looks so furry and cuddly. Yeah, whose gonna shoot 'em? Just look at 'em!
